My parents needed new carpet for their in law unit and stairs. We called Carpet Connection and scheduled a free estimate-Sasha came the next day (NOT at all the experience I had with the other companies) and brought samples to our house. She gave great advice and suggestions without pressuring us in one direction or another. Since we picked carpet that they had in stock, we were able to schedule installation for the same week!!!
